HDDA Club Championships Are Coming to Wauchope RSL Darts players and scorers alike are invited to take part in the Hastings District Darts Association Club Championships 2026, held on Sunday 12th July with a 10am start. Whether you’re stepping up to the oche or helping keep score, there’s a place for you at this event. The poster notes that participants who would like to take part by scoring only are also welcome – simply advise when submitting your entry. Celebrating Dedication and Outstanding Service At a recent Life Members Dinner, Wauchope RSL Club took the opportunity to honour some of its most dedicated and long-serving members. Club President Ray Knapp had the privilege of presenting Service Awards to four outstanding individuals who have given so much to our club and community over the years. Congratulations to the following award recipients: Sue Harris – 35 Years of Service Chris Costigan – 30 Years of Service Wendy Moran – 25 Years of Service Mick Everson – 20 Years of Service Together, these four members represent an extraordinary combined 110 years of commitment to Wauchope RSL Club. Their dedication has helped shape the club into what it is today, and their contributions are deeply appreciated by the entire club family. A Night to Remember The Life Members Dinner provided the perfect setting to recognise the efforts of these remarkable individuals. Wauchope RSL Club is hosting the Dance Like a Star: Silent Disco Fundraiser on Saturday 11 July 2026, and there’s a session designed for every age group. From tiny tots to teenagers, this is one event the whole family will be talking about. Best of all, every ticket dollar goes directly to the Cancer Council through the STARS Dance for Cancer campaign – so your family gets a brilliant night out while supporting a truly important cause. Session Times Pre-School Stars (Ages 3-5) – 4:00pm to 5:00pm. The perfect introduction to silent disco for your littlest movers and shakers. Primary Stars (Ages 6-12) – 5:30pm to 7:00pm.
