ANZAC Day 2025 Commemorations at Wauchope RSL

Honouring Those Who Served

This ANZAC Day, Saturday 25th April, Wauchope RSL invites the community to join in honouring and remembering those who served our country. A full day of commemorations has been planned, beginning before dawn and continuing through the afternoon.

Dawn Service

Start the day by joining us at the club from 5am for a Rum and Coffee before the Dawn Service. Form up for the Dawn March at 5:40am, with assembly at the Wauchope Clock Tower Cenotaph on High Street at 5:45am. The Dawn Service begins at 5:50am.

ANZAC Commemoration Service – 11am

The main commemoration service begins at 11am. Veteran vehicles will assemble and board passengers from 10am, with marchers assembling at 10:15am. Veteran vehicles move off along Cameron Street at 10:20am, followed by the march falling in at 10:30am, proceeding via Cameron Street and High Street to the Cenotaph. The Director of Ceremonies is Mr Len Barker.

Luncheon – 12pm

A luncheon will be held at 12pm. Tickets must be pre-booked through the Sub-Branch, with limited seating available. Lunch and drinks will be served to Wauchope RSL Sub-Branch Members and their guests on a ticket entry basis.

Two-Up – 3pm to 5pm

Two-Up will be held from 3pm to 5pm in Auditorium 1. This is available to Veterans and Families, Sub-Branch Members, and Members of Wauchope RSL Club only.

The Wauchope RSL Sub-Branch encourages and invites all relatives of deceased service personnel to attend the day’s commemorations. Lest We Forget.
