Got a little dancer at home? Wauchope RSL Club is hosting the Dance Like a Star: Silent Disco Fundraiser on Saturday 11 July 2026, and there’s a session designed for every age group. From tiny tots to teenagers, this is one event the whole family will be talking about.

Best of all, every ticket dollar goes directly to the Cancer Council through the STARS Dance for Cancer campaign – so your family gets a brilliant night out while supporting a truly important cause.

Session Times

Pre-School Stars (Ages 3-5) – 4:00pm to 5:00pm. The perfect introduction to silent disco for your littlest movers and shakers.

Primary Stars (Ages 6-12) – 5:30pm to 7:00pm. A longer session packed with energy for primary school kids ready to hit the dance floor.

High School Stars (Ages 13-17) – 7:30pm to 9:00pm. Teenagers get their own dedicated session to dance the night away with their mates.

What to Expect

Each session features headphones, glow lights, great music and heaps of fun. Silent discos are a unique experience where everyone dances to music through wireless headphones – the energy is electric and the fun is non-stop. It’s a fantastic way for kids and teens to enjoy a safe, age-appropriate event while raising vital funds for cancer research and support.
